EHA Congratulates EHA Kick-Off Grant 2021 Winners
The Hague, January 3, 2022 –EHA Congratulates seven talented researchers in Hematology on their receipt of an EHA Kick-Off Grant 2021 after a rigorous selection process. They join a network of over 110 distinguished researchers who have received EHA Funding in the past.
The EHA Kick-off Grant is a 1-year grant intended to support basic and translational early career researchers in hematology and allow them to test a high-risk but potentially high impact idea that is lacking solid preliminary data and is therefore too premature to submit for regular funding.
Awardees of the first edition of the Kick-Off Grants are in institutes in Portugal, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Czech Republic, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

By supporting high-risk, high-impact research ideas, we can further push the boundaries of the field of hematology, and support early-career professionals; giving them a voice and empowering them to take the next steps in their professional development.
